Product Description

1. Usage recommendations
Cold therapy: 
place in the fridge for at least 2 hours in the plastic bag provided (or use your own freezer bag). Then, apply to the desired area for about 10-30 minutes for ideal recommended use. If you feel uncomfortable, remove the sleeve immediately. 
 
Hot therapy:
Ensure the product is at room temperature or warm, as it cannot be heated if it is frozen or very cold.  Place the product in the microwave (1000w) without any bag for 30 seconds, If it's not hot enough, apply 10-second increments until it reaches the desired temperature. Then, apply to the desired area for about 10-30 minutes for ideal recommended use. If you feel uncomfortable, remove the sleeve immediately.
 
2. Storage: Store the product in a sealed bag in a shady, dry place

3. CARE INSTRUCTIONS: Wipe with a damp cloth. Lay flat and allow to air dry. Do not wash or iron.
